摘要 钢管管号自动识别是国内焊管生产企业信息化建设过程中遇到的共同课题。针对焊管企业在众多识别技术中难以取舍的问题,对比分析了目前钢管管号的人工、图像、颜色、条形码、RFID、自动逻辑等识别技术的原理及其优缺点,探讨了这些识别技术在焊管生产中的开发应用前景,有利于焊管企业找到符合自身特点的管号跟踪技术。 Identification of the steel pipe No. is regarded as a common issue to be resolved during the informationization construction process of domestic weld pipe makers. Addressing the fact that it is so difficult for the weld pipe maker to make the choice when facing lots of identification techniques,the principles and advantages and disadvantages of the currently-used steel pipe No. identification techniques are comparatively analyzed,including such identification process types as manual,picture,color,bar code,RFID,and automatic logic,etc. Furthermore,application prospects of these techniques are discussed,which will be beneficial for the weld pipe manufacturer to finally determine the steel pipe No. tracking technique that suits for his own production characteristics.
