Objective To establish the relationship curves between radiation dose and micronucleus frequencies in human lymphocytes.Methods 4 healthy human blood samples were irradiated with various doses (0.1,0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 and 5 0 Gy) of 60 Co γ ray at 37℃(dose rate 0.5 Gy/min) and prepared by using cytokinesis block micronucleus method and conventional method in vitro.Results Dose dependent increase of micronuclei rate were observed within the dose range of 0～5.0 Gy under two methods. The curve regressions were established with high correlation ( R 2 closing to 1, P <0.01).Conclusion The curves established by this study can be used as biological dosimeters to estimate the exposure dose in a radiation accident.
