中亚大樱桃与甜樱桃一年生枝条的抗寒性研究 预览 被引量:9

Mensuration of the Cold Resistance of Annual Branches of the Central Asian Cherry and Sweet Cherry Varieties

摘要 [目的]对引自中亚地区的3个大樱桃品种和自国内引种栽培的7个甜樱桃品种的一年生枝条抗寒力进行测定分析,初步了解并评价引进品种的抗寒性,为新疆地区樱桃种植区划及引种栽培提供理论依据.[方法]以进入休眠期的一年生枝条为材料,通过不同低温胁迫处理,测定各品种的电解质渗出率,配合Logistic方程拟合各品种的半致死温度(LT50),初步评价各品种的抗寒性.[结果]不同品种在-12~-33℃低温胁迫处理下,其电解质渗出率为25%~64%,半致死温度(LT50)为-21.20~-23.90℃.中亚大樱桃的LT50低于甜樱桃品种1.72~1.96℃,以中亚大樱桃品种YT07-1-1抗寒性最强.[结论]各品种的抗寒能力存在差异,抗寒性强弱的顺序依次为:YT07-1-1 >YT07-2-1、YT07-2-2>拉宾斯>雷尼>萨米脱>砂蜜豆>早大果>友谊>红灯,所能忍耐的极端低温为-21~-24℃. [ Objective] The purpose of this project aims to mensurate and analyze the annual branches cold resistance of different cherry varieties, among which, three varieties were introduced from Central Asian and seven were cultivated in China. The cold resistance of different varieties was roughly understood and eval- uated, which might provide theoretical basis for cherry introduction, cultivation and planting division in Xin- jiang. [ Method] The dormant annual branches were taken as the experimental materials, through different low temperature stress, determined leakage ratio of electrolyte of different varieties was determined. And finally, the semi - lethal temperature( LTs0 ) was obtained on the basis of conductivity and Imgistic equation. [ Result] When low temperature stress was from -12℃ to -33℃, leakage ratio of electrolyte of different varieties was between 25% -64%, LTso were from -21.20℃ to -23.90%. The LTso of Central Asian cherry varieties was 1.72% - 1.96% lower than the sweet cherry. YT07 - 1 - 1 which was introduced from Central Asian had strongest cold hardiness than others. [ Conclusion ] Cold resistance differences existed between each variety,and the Summit 24%. cold resistance order of them was YT07 - 1 - 1 〉 YT07 - 2 - 1, YT07 - 2 - 2 〉 Lapins 〉 Rainier 〉 〉 Shamidou 〉 Zaodaguo 〉 Youyi 〉 Hongdeng. They can endure extreme low temperature - 21 ℃
