基于虚拟样机技术的缓降救生器安全性研究 被引量:1

Research into Safety of Descent Rescue Device Based on Virtual Prototype Technology

摘要 为提高高楼缓降救生器的安全稳定性,保障逃生时的人身安全,设计一种新的电磁阻尼式高楼智能缓降救生器。采用虚拟样机技术,研究这种缓降救生器的安全性。基于机械系统动力学自动分析(ADAMS)软件,建立传动系统的虚拟样机,并研究其动力学性能。基于有限元分析软件Patran,对其进行有限元强度校核计算与模态分析。结果表明:仿真结果与理论设计值的对比分析结果验证了样机模型的合理性和缓降救生器的安全性;缓降救生器结构强度的最薄弱处位于小齿轮齿根处,强度满足要求;低速级齿轮啮合频率与第一阶模态频率比较接近,容易产生共振,其他频率都相差比较大,不会产哇共振。 To guarantee the personal safety, a new type of electromagnetic damping high-rise intelligence descent rescue device was designed. The safety of descent rescue device was investigated by virtual proto- type technology. A mechanical system automatic dynamics analysis software ADAMS-based virtual proto- type of device was established. The dynamical performance was analyzed. The structural strength was cal- culated and analyzed using finite element analysis software Patran. The results show that rationality of vir- tual prototype and the safety of descent rescue device were demonstrated by a comparison between simula- ted resuhs and calculated values, that the location where the structural strength is weakst is at tooth root while the strength can meet the requirements, and that only gear mesh frequency of low speed is close to modal frequency of the step one, it easily produce resonance.
