目的：比较分析二氧化锆和钛愈合基台对种植体周围龈沟液（peri—implnat crevicular fluid，PICF）的量及其中天冬氨酸转氨酶（aspartate aminotransferase，AST）水平的影响。方法：拔除3只Beagle犬双侧下颌第三、第四前磨牙和第一磨牙，拔牙创愈合后分别于每只犬每侧下颌各植入4枚埋入式种植体；2个月后，行二期手术，单侧随机接人2枚二氧化锆愈合基台和2枚钛愈合基台；2周后，记录临床牙龈指数（Gingival Index，GI），并采集PICF作为基线，同时对单侧种植体愈合基台的颈部进行丝线结扎，以诱导种植体周围炎；4周后，再次记录GI，检测PICF的分泌量及其中AST的水平。结果：结扎侧二氧化锆和钛愈合基台的GI均明显高于非结扎侧（P〈0．05），结扎侧的PICF分泌量均明显高于非结扎侧（P〈0．05），同侧内两基台组相比，PICF量无统计学差异（P〉0．05）；PICF中AST含量无论是结扎侧还是对照侧，两种基台组间相比均无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论：二氧化锆愈合基台与钛愈合基台引起的周围软组织反应相似。
AIM： To compare the volume of peri - implnat crevicular fluid （PICF） and AST in PICF around zirconium （ ZrO2） and titanium （Ti） healing abutments in dogs. METHODS ： The third and fourth mandibular premolars and the first mandibular molar of 3 Beagle dogs were extracted bilaterally. 4 implants were inserted into each lateral mandible after tooth extraction wound healing. 2 months later, the ZrO2 and Ti healing abutments were connected. 2 weeks later, gingival index （GI） was recorded and PICF volume was measured as baseline data. Then ligatures were placed around the neck of healing abutments unilaterally to induce inflammation. GI was recorded and PICF was collected again after 4 weeks. The volume of PICF and AST in PICF around the healing abutments were analyzed. RESULTS：GI of ligation side was significantly higher than that of non-ligation side（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The volume of PICF around ZrO2 and Ti healing abutments in ligation side was higher than that of non-ligation side. However, there was no statistical difference of PICF volume and AST content between ZrO2 and Ti groups in both sides（ P 〉 0.05 ） and no of AST between 2 sides in ZrO： and Ti groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION ： Soft tissue responses to zirconium and titanium healing abutments are similar.
