摘要 发达国家学术期刊在期刊出版、期刊经营及管理等方面积累了丰富的经验,形成了良性循环的发展模式。他们坚持国际化发展战略,坚持读者第一的办刊理念,在栏目设计和版式设计方面坚持多样化,满足不同层次读者的需求。坚持科学规范的编辑流程,严格的审查制度,编校工作认真细致,审稿周期短,出刊及时,并善于利用新技术来提高期刊的竞争力。编辑的素质和工作的质量水平直接决定期刊的内容质量。学术期刊要想取得成功,需重视对期刊编辑的培养。编辑不仅需具备国际化的视野,在工作实践中始终把读者的需求放在首位,同时还需要过硬的业务素质和编辑技能,具备一定的外语能力和熟练的计算机操作技能。 Academic journals in developed countries have accumulated a wealth of experience and formed a virtuous circle of development mode in periodical publication, operation, and management. They adhere to the international devel- opment strategy and the publication idea of readers first. They also insist on diversification in the column and layout design to meet the needs of readers at different levels. Scientific editing process and strict examining system are persisted. The editors are conscientious in editing and proofreading works and the short cycle of manuscript review and timely publi- cation are achieved. New technologies are also used to improve the competitiveness of the journal. The quality of a journal is directly determined by the quality and level of the editors. To run well a academic journal, the editors should have in- ternational perspective, put the reader's needs in the first place of the quality and editing skills, possess the necessary language skills and pro work practice, and also have excellent professional ficient computer skills.
