胶州湾芦苇潮滩土壤碳、氮和磷分布及生态化学计量学特征 被引量:24

Spatial Distribution and Ecological Stoichiometry Characteristics of Carbon, Nitrogen and Phosphorus in Soil in Phragmites australis Tidal Flat of Jiaozhou Bay

摘要 为了解胶州湾芦苇(Phragmites australis)潮滩不同植物群落下土壤生态化学计量学特征,于2011年11月,对该区域的土壤有机碳含量、全氮含量、全磷含量、pH、盐度和含水量等进行了测定与分析。结果表明,随着土壤深度的增加,芦苇潮滩土壤有机碳、全氮和全磷含量总体上在波动减小,其水平分布存在差异;0~60 cm深度土壤的有机碳、全氮和全磷质量比分别为5.73~15.07 g/kg、0.46~0.84 g/kg和0.03~0.39 g/kg,其平均值分别为8.93 g/kg、0.61 g/kg和0.15 g/kg;土壤碳与氮元素含量显著正相关(p=0.019〈0.05),土壤碳与磷元素含量显著正相关(p=0.002〈0.01),而土壤氮与磷元素含量不相关(p〉0.05);0~60 cm深度土壤的C/N、C/P和N/P分别为11.50~29.05、80.19~506.22和4.44~38.24,其平均值分别为17.10、182.60和11.60。土壤C/N相对稳定,而C/P和N/P变化较大;淹水频率影响土壤C/N、C/P和N/P剖面变异性,淹水频率越小,变异性也越小;芦苇潮滩土壤C/N表现为芦苇群落最高,芦苇杂草混合群落最低;而土壤C/P和N/P则同时表现为芦苇杂草混合群落最高,杂草群落最低;土壤盐度是芦苇潮滩土壤生态化学计量比最主要的影响因子。 To understand soil ecological stoichiometry characteristics in the soils covered by different plant communities in Phragmites australis tidal flatin Jiaozhou Bay, organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents, pH, salinity and water content in the soil were measured and analyzed in November 2011. The results showed that with the depth increase of the soil, organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents in the soil of the tidal flat covered by Phragmites australis generally decreased fluctuately and their horizontal distribution were different; that the contents of organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the soil were respectively 5.73-15.07 g/kg, 0.46-0.84 g/kg and 0.03-0.39 g/kg and their averages were 8.93 g/kg, 0.61 g/kg and 0.15 g/kg; that there was a significant and positive correlation between carbon and nitrogen contents (p〈0.05), a very significant and positive correlation between carbon and phosphorus contents (p〈0.01); that C/N, C/P and N/P in the soil were 11.50-29.05, 80.19-506.22 and 4.44-38.24 respectively and their averages were 17.10, 182.60 and 11.60, and C/N was more stable than C/P and N/P which changed greatly; that the profile variability of C/N, C/P and N/P in the soil was influenced by water-flooded frequency; and the lower the water-flooded frequency was, the smaller the variability was; that C/N in the soil covered by Phragmites australis in the tidal flat was the highest, while that covered by Phragmites australis and other grasses mixed was the lowest, but C/P and N/P were the highest, while these covered by other grasses were the lowest; that the salinity was the most important factor influencing the soil ecological stoichiometric ratio in the tidal fiat covered by Phragmites australis.
