The professional teaching standard of modern apprenticeship is the basic document to guide the formulation of personnel training programs of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges. To try to design a framework for professional teaching standards of modern apprenticeship of higher vocational education based on the integration of professional universality and post particularity from aspects of personnel training objectives, career paths for apprentices, personnel training specifications, curriculum structure and basic conditions for teaching, which is beneficial to integrate the elements reflecting the characteristics of apprentice training into the original professional personnel training program, so as to achieve the on-the job training objectives of modern apprentices replying on related specialties.
