高职现代学徒制专业教学标准的框架设计--基于专业普适性与岗位特殊性融通的视角 预览 被引量:3

Framework Design of Professional Teaching Standard for Modern Apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Education--Based on Perspective of Integration of Professional Universality and Post Particularity

摘要 学徒培养过程中的专业普适性与岗位特殊性融通是我国现代学徒制人才培养模式改革的关键,也是破解现代学徒制试点中存在的学徒培养脱离专业、偏离学徒目标岗位问题的重点。高职现代学徒制专业教学标准是指导各高职院校现代学徒制专业人才培养方案制订的基本文件,从专业人才培养目标、学徒职业生涯发展路径、人才培养规格、课程结构、教学基本条件等方面开展基于融通专业普适性与岗位特殊性的高职现代学徒制专业教学标准的框架设计尝试,有利于将体现学徒培养特点的元素融入到原有的专业人才培养方案中,依托相关专业实现现代学徒的在岗培养目标。 The integration of professional universality and post particularity in the process of apprenticeship training is the key to the reform of modern apprentice training mode in China, and is also the key to solve the problem that the apprenticeship training deviates from the professional and apprentice training away from the target position of apprenticeship. The professional teaching standard of modern apprenticeship is the basic document to guide the formulation of personnel training programs of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges. To try to design a framework for professional teaching standards of modern apprenticeship of higher vocational education based on the integration of professional universality and post particularity from aspects of personnel training objectives, career paths for apprentices, personnel training specifications, curriculum structure and basic conditions for teaching, which is beneficial to integrate the elements reflecting the characteristics of apprentice training into the original professional personnel training program, so as to achieve the on-the job training objectives of modern apprentices replying on related specialties.
