摘要 介绍LT245/75R16 120/116S10PR全路况越野子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径771mm,断面宽256mm,行驶面宽度192mm,行驶面弧度高10.2mm,胎圈着合直径404.6mm,胎圈着合宽度209.6mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.0,采用无向大花纹块设计,花纹深度13mm,花纹饱和度64%,花纹周节数32。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用2层2200dtex/3聚酯浸胶帘布,带束层采用2层开放型2+7×0.26HT钢丝帘布;采用两次法成型机成型,双模热板式B型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均满足相应设计和标准要求。 The design of LT245/75R16 120/116S 10PR on/off-highway radial tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken.overall diameter 771 mm,cross-sectional width 256 mm,width of running surface 192 ram,height of running surface 10.2 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 404.6mm,bead width at rim seat 209.6 mm,maximum width position of cross section (H1/H2) 1.0,big random pattern block,pattern depth 13 ram,block/total ratio 64%,and total number of pitches 32. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and four-piece extruded tread, 2 layers of 2200dtex/3 polyester cord for carcass ply, 2 layers of open-type 2+7 × 0.26HT steel cord for belt ply; using two-step building machine to build tires, and using type-B curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that,the inflated peripheral dimension, strength performance, endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements of the relative design and standard.
