奥灰岩溶水害区域超前治理技术研究及应用 预览 被引量:52

摘要 鉴于邯邢矿区大采深矿井深部煤层和下组煤开采受奥灰承压水威胁现状和保水开采需要,提出了奥灰岩溶水上带压开采水害治理的"区域超前治理"理念及"超前主动、区域治理、全面改造、带压开采"防治水指导原则;相应给出了区域分区原则、治理模式及适用条件、治查结合新方法、超前治理管理程序、底板阻水能力评价方法和治理关键技术等支撑体系。该成套技术首先在邯邢矿区进行了应用研究,特别是地面多分支水平钻进关键技术应用研究,取得了很好的安全技术效果,创新了大采深矿井和开采下组煤奥灰水害治理方法,安全开采受承压水威胁的煤炭资源,保护了煤系基底奥灰水环境。 Based on large mining deep mine deep coal seam and under-group coal seam mining influenced by ordovician limestone confined water threat situation and water keeping requirement in Hanxing mining area,regional advanced governance idea of ordovician limestone karst water with pressure mining water disaster governance and advanced initiative,regional governance,wholly transformation,mining with pressure guideline were put forward; Regional partition principle,management mode and suitable conditions,investigation and governance combined with new methods,advanced governance management procedures,floor block water proof capacity evaluation method and key technology governance and other supportive system were correspondingly gave. The whole set technology was put into study and application in Hanxing mining area,especially the ground multi-branch horizontal drilling key technology application research,which got excellent safe technology effect,innovated ordovician limestone karst water disaster governance in deep mining mines and under-group coal seam mining,mined out the coal resourced safely threatened by confined water and protected coal system basement ordovician limestone karst water environment.
