环保节能产品在青岛地铁3号线车辆中的应用 预览

摘要 青岛地铁3号线车辆车体和车内旅客界面的外表面喷涂水性油漆,相比溶剂性油漆,其具有环保、阻燃和视觉效果更优的特点;司机室外罩及客室座椅使用酚醛玻璃钢材料,具有优异的防火性能,在阻燃、毒性、烟雾等方面完全满足BS 6853:1999防火标准;供风单元采用无油空压机,无需添加润滑油,几乎免维护,压缩空气质量高,无需滤油装置,环保经济.这三种产品在国内地铁车辆中均为首次使用.此外,该车还使用KPB-3J矿棉作为隔热隔音材料,具有不燃、无烟、无毒的环保优势,完全满足BS 6853:1999防火标准.客室照明全部采用LED灯,其寿命长,不合铅汞,具有节能环保的特点.整车设计突出了科技、绿色、人文、创新的设计理念. The car body and passenger room surface of Qingdao metro line 3 vehicles are painted with water-based paint. Compared with solvent paint, it has the characteristics of environmental protection, flame retardant and better visual effect. The outer cover of the cab and passenger seat use phenolic glass fiber reinforced plastics, which has excellent fireresistance performance and whose flame retardance, toxicity and smoke can completely meet BS 6853:1999 Fire Prevention Standards; the air supply unit adopts oil-free air compressor, which does not need to add lubricating oil and oil fillter devices, is ahnost free of maintenance and supplies high quality air. These three products are applied in urban rail vehicles for the first time in China. In addition, KPB- 3J mineral wool as insulation material is applied in car, which is non-combustible, smokeless, nontoxic, and fully meets the BS 6853:1999 Standards. LED lights are used as passenger compartment lighting, which do not contain lead, mercury, and are also of long service life, green and energy saving. The vehicle design highlights the concept of science and technology, being green and human-friendly, and innovation.
