基于PCA的土壤源热泵系统地埋管泄漏检测与故障诊断

Leak Detection and Fault Diagnosis of Buried U-tube in the Ground Source Heat Pump System Based on PCA

摘要 地埋管换热系统是土壤源热泵系统的关键组成部分,地埋管泄漏会影响土壤源热泵系统的稳定运行.针对土壤源热泵系统地埋管的泄露问题,本研究给出了1种基于主成分分析法的泄漏检测与故障诊断方法.本研究利用主成分分析法对土壤源热泵系统正常数据建模,将运行数据空间分为主成分子空间和残差子空间.利用SPE指标检测地埋管泄漏故障,利用SVI指标辨识故障和寻找故障源.最后,利用实际土壤源热泵系统运行数据验证了该泄漏检测与故障诊断方法的正确性和有效性. The buried U-tube heat exchanger is the key part of ground source heat pump system.The leak of buried U-tube will influence stable operation of ground source heat pump system.Aiming at the problem of buried U-tube's leak,a strategy of leak detection and fault diagnosis is proposed in this paper by using the principal component analysis (PCA) method.The PCA models are built based on normal data of the ground source heat pump system.PCA models are utilized to reduce dimensionality of the data and to divide the operation data into principal component subspace and residual subspace.Square Prediction Error (SPE) statistic was used to detect the leak of buried U-tube.Sensor Validity Index (SVI) was employed to find fault source.The strategy was validated by using the operation data from a real ground source heat pump system.
