医院聘用护士岗位管理模式探讨 预览 被引量:12

摘要 目的 探讨岗位管理模式在医院聘用护士管理中的作用。方法 2013年7月—2014年4月对聘用护士实施岗位管理,措施包含实行护理岗位分级、建立岗位责任制、实施分层培训及开展岗位评价。比较实施前后的“三基”考试达标率、护士工作满意度和患者护理满意度。结果 岗位管理实施后护士“三基“考试达标率明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(x^2=96.65,P〈0.01)。岗位管理实施后护士工作满意度的平均得分明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(Z=-45,P〈0.01)。岗位管理实施后患者护理满意度明显高于实施前(x^2=236.15,P〈0.01)。结论 岗位管理模式可使人力资源管理更加科学化、规范化。 Objective To explore the role of position management model in the employed nurses management in the hospital. Methods From Jul. 2013 to Apr. 2014, position management was used in employed nurses management. The measures contained stratified nursing posts, post responsibility, stratified training and post evaluation. Pass rate of three - basic examination, job satisfaction of nurses and nurse satisfaction were compared before and after the implementation of position management. Results Pass rate of three - basic examination after the implementation was higher than that before the implementation (x2 =96. 65,P 〈0.01 ). Average scores of job satisfaction after the implementation were higher (Z = -45 ,P 〈 0.01 ) , and nurse satisfaction after the implementation were higher(x^2 = 236. 15,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The application of position management model can promote scientific and standard management of human resources.
