泡桐材墙壁板两种涂饰工艺效果差异 预览 被引量:2

摘要 以醇酸清漆、木蜡油为漆料,采用对比法,对泡桐材墙壁板进行涂饰工艺实验,比较改进工艺和传统工艺涂饰效果的差异。结果表明:改进工艺的涂饰效果,明显好于传统工艺。采用改进工艺涂饰,明度下降较少;涂饰醇酸清漆,改进工艺比传统工艺的明度高4.62、明度偏差低3.47、明度变异系数低5.64%;涂饰木蜡油,改进工艺比传统工艺的明度高5.41、明度偏差低2.72、明度变异系数低4.25%。改进工艺的色差好于传统工艺的色差;涂饰醇酸清漆,改进工艺的色差比传统工艺的色差低0.94、色差偏差低2.80、色差变异系数低7.04%;涂饰木蜡油,改进工艺的色差比传统工艺的色差低6.10、色差偏差低1.80、色差变异系数低3.89%。仿珍贵木材色调涂饰正交优选试验的色精涂饰量为11 g/m2、面漆涂饰量为37 g/m2,可使桐材表面涂饰达到理想效果。8种珍贵木材色调验证试验结果表明:改进工艺对桐材仿珍贵木材涂饰效果,比传统工艺效果好;色差偏差小,色度均一,颜色稳定。 We studied the Paulownia wood panel to compare the differences of effect on traditional and modified process using alkyd varnish paint and wax oil with antitheses tests. Modified process of color stability was obviously better than the traditional one. Brightness of modified process declined less than that of traditional one. The difference of modified process using alkyd varnish were 4. 62 brightness higher,3. 47 bias lower,5. 64% variable coefficient declined than those of traditional one,respectively. The differences of modified process on wax oil were 5. 41 brightness higher,2. 72 bias lower,4.25% variable coefficient declined than those of traditional one,respectively. General chromatism of modified process was obviously better than that of traditional one. The differences of modified process using alkyd varnish were that 0. 94 chromatism lower,2. 80 bias lower,7. 04% variable coefficient declined than those of traditional one,respectively. The differences of modified process on wax oil were 6. 10 chromatism lower,1. 80 bias decrease,3. 89% variable coefficient declined than those of traditional one,respectively. The suitable color concentrate painted was 11 g / m2,and the finishing coat was 37 g / m2 with ideal paint effect. The painting test results of imitating eight kinds of precious hardwoods showed that modified process with small general chromtism,even and stable color was better than the traditional one.
