摘要 为了减少一次设备总数量,节省设备占地,利用变压器与电磁式互感器相近的工作原理,开展了配电变压器和互感器一体化设计研究和10 k V样机研制。结合仿真分析和现场实测,在变压器二次侧增加补偿元件进行误差补偿。在此基础上,综合变压器和电磁式互感器的试验标准,对这种新型设备的试验考核方法进行了研究,分别对样机变压器端和电压互感器输出端在空载及不同负载的情况下,进行且通过了误差性能考核和绝缘性能考核。最后利用黑匣子技术,实现了样机的计量和防窃电功能。通过以上研究,验证了这种多功能配电变压器的可行性,该类设备可达到0.2级误差准确度要求,不仅可用于变压器高压侧电压测量,也可与电表模块搭配使用进行电能计量与防窃电比对。 When primary equipment with only single function has been developed to a certain stage, higher demands would be proposed such as multi-function, integration and intelligent. Consequently, the integration of distribution transformers and instrument transformers has been researched by the use of their similar physical principles and structures. With the help of transformer compensation technology, a kind of novel prototype with multi-functions of transformer, instrument transformer, and metering has been developed. To validate the operability and the actual operating ability, the prototype was subjected to the insulation test and accuracy test after researching the test method. Test results show that the prototype has passed all the test items, and the output accuracy level of measuring terminals can reach 0.2 or even higher level. Overall, the kind of equipment can be used for voltage measurement of its high-voltage winding, and it also can be used with meter module for energy metering and prevention of electricity-stealing comparison.
