硫化测温技术在半钢子午线轮胎减时硫化中的应用 预览

摘要 针对国内轮胎生产中普遍存在的过硫现象,对195/65R15 91H型半钢子午线轮胎进行了缩时前后的硫化测温和成品轮胎性能测试实验。结果表明,该规格的轮胎在缩时前存在明显的过硫,缩时后的成品轮胎的高速性能和脱圈阻力值均提高。其盈利空间大幅度上升。 Overcure is a common problem in China's tire manufactures,so the temperature of 195/65R15 91 Htire was measured before and after shortening curing time.The results of the curing temperature-measuring showed that it was overcured to a obvious extent before shortening curing time,and the high speed performance and bead unseating resistance value of finished tire were improved.Obviously,the profit margins would jumped sharply.
