摘要 谐波在电力系统中引起并联谐振和串联谐振,从而使谐波电压和电流放大,严重影响电力系统的安全运行。冶金行业轧机主传动系统产生高次谐波,引起供电系统局部串联谐振产生过电压,损坏工业控制系统单元。通过对主传动及控制系统谐波数据的测量及分析,提出改进方案,消除谐波电压产生串联谐振,使供电系统及工业设备负载安全正常运行,进一步提高工程技术人员对谐波危害的深刻认识,重视系统电能质量的优化设计,保障企业供电系统的可靠性和安全性。 The harmonics in power system will cause parallel and series resonance, amplify harmonic voltage and current and affect the safe operation of power system seriously. The high order harmonic generated in the main drive system of rolling mill in the metallurgical industry causes partial series resonance in power supply system to produce overvoltage and damages industrial control system unit. In this paper, the improvement scheme is proposed throughout the measurement and analysis of harmonic data of main drive and control system to eliminate the harmonic voltage to produce series resonance and to keep the power supply system and industrial equipment load safe and normal operation, improve the engineer's awareness to the danger of the harmonics, to take care of optimization design system of power quality and to ensure the reliability and safety of power supply system of the enterprises.
