运用刀具集成法降低数控车床电动刀架故障率 预览 被引量:1

Reduce Failure Rate of CNC Lathe' s Electric Tool Post with Tool Integrated Method

摘要 电动刀架故障是数控车床常见的典型故障,关于其故障诊断与维修,近年来已有众多的学术论文和成果研究。本文以石油行业油套管螺纹加工工艺中经常采用的四工位电动刀架为例,运用刀具集成方法,通过降低电动刀架工作负荷,从而实现显著降低故障率。 Electric tool post failure is a typical fault of CNC lathe. There have been many academic papers and resear- ches about its fault diagnosis and maintenance in recent years. By taking the application of 4 station electric tool post for casing thread processing technology in petroleum industry for instance, the tool integrated method is used to reach the goal of decreasing the failure rate significantly by redeucuing the workload of electric tool post.
