基于IT2FIM的乙烯裂解炉温度控制方法研究

摘要 针对模糊控制方法应用到实际工业系统时遇到的一些问题,比如建立反映实际对象特性的隶属度需要试凑,但是实际系统不具备试凑条件等,本文提出了一种基于IT2FIM(区间二型模糊逆模型)的控制方案。该方案借助内模控制思想和区间二型模糊推理方法,首先由区间二型模糊系统辨识被控对象的逆模型,其次确定模糊内模控制器的隶属度约束范围,并通过优化得到精确的隶属度,最后设计实现对非线性、大滞后被控对象的有效控制。文中设计的控制系统首先在3个典型模型上进行了数值仿真,结果验证了其有效性,随后针对乙烯裂解炉对象,设计实现了其炉温的平稳高效控制。 For dealing with many problems caused by the application of fuzzy control method in industrial systems, for example, the demanded fuzzy membership is set by cut-and-trial but this mean is not permit in actual system, this article puts forward a control scheme based on IT2FIM(interval type-2 fuzzy inverse model). The scheme mainly contains internal model and interval type-2 fuzzy technologies. Firstly, interval type-2 fuzzy system is used to identify inverse model. Secondly, limiting extent of fuzzy internal controller's membership is to optimize and find the best membership. The system is designed and realized effectively for nonlinear, large lag controlled object at end. The designed system need to be simulated in three typical complex models to prove the effectiveness. The following is that efficient and stable control is achieved by this system in ethylene cracking furnace temperature aspect.
