3D腹腔镜下行肾根治性切除及下腔静脉瘤栓取出术1例 预览 被引量:2

摘要 临床资料2014年1月我科采用3D腹腔镜成功实施1例右肾癌根治术及下腔静脉瘤栓取出术,结合检索相关文献进行报告。患者男,43岁,因“间断无痛全程肉眼血尿10d”于2013年12月入院。无腰痛,无发热,无尿频尿急等症状。查体右上腹饱满,下肢无水肿,大隐静脉无曲张。实验室检查:尿常规红细胞满视野,肝肾功能未见异常,甘油三酯4.08 mmol/l。
