摘要 心脏X综合征(CSX)占典型心绞痛病人的10%~30%,其预后不良。但目前CSX缺乏统一的诊疗标准,如何在CSX诊疗中合理应用医学影像检查仍缺乏定论。各种医学影像技术在CSX病人的冠状动脉狭窄程度、冠状动脉血流储备、心脏解剖、形态及功能、心肌灌注及代谢、心肌活性等方面的评估中各具特点。就医学影像技术在CSX病人中的应用进行综述。 About 10% ~30% cases with typical angina pectoris were ascribed to cardiac syndrome X(CSX). The prognosis of CSX is poor. However, there are no unified standards for diagnosis and treatment in the CSX. The role of medical imaging in the CSX is still unclear. Different medical imaging techniques have their specific advantages in evaluating the narrow degree of coronary artery, the coronary artery blood flow reserve, the cardiac anatomical, morphology and function, the myocardial perfusion, metabolism, and viability of the CSX. In this paper, the application of medical imaging in the CSX was reviewed.
