肩袖损伤修复技术的研究现状 预览 被引量:8

Research status of the techniques for rotator cuff repair

摘要 肩袖损伤是中老年人常见的肩关节疾患,随着医疗技术水平的提高,越来越多的肩袖损伤患者得到了治疗。肩袖的修复技术发展迅速,主要存在单排技术、双排技术、穿骨固定技术、缝线桥技术等,这些技术各有优缺点。虽然肩袖修复技术已经有了明显的进步,但术后一定的再撕裂率仍困扰着众多的学者,而这有可能与修复技术存在一定的联系,该文对肩袖损伤修复技术的研究现状进行综述,并予以分析。
