中药添加剂对热应激肥育猪生产性能和免疫力的影响 预览 被引量:3

Effects of traditional chinese medicine additive on the production performance and immunity in fattening pig under heat stress

摘要 本试验采用单因子试验设计,选择遗传基础(杜×长×大)相似、日龄相近(±1d)、体重相近的阉割公猪(69.1±0.7kg)60头,随机分成5组,每组12头,每组3个重复,每个重复4头,各组之间体重差异不显著。试验结果表明:①生产性能:试验组2、试验组3、试验组4比对照组采食量分别增加70g(P〈0.05)、100g(P〈0.01)、80g(P〈0.01);试验组2、试验组3和试验组4比对照组日增重分别增加39.21g(P〈O.05)、45.73g(P〈0.01)和34.94g(P〈0.05);试验组2、试验组3和试验组4与对照组料重比的差异均显著(P〈0.05)。②免疫力:IL-2试验组3和试验组4比对照组提高0.14ng/mL(P〈O.01)、0.15ng/mL(P〈0.01),比试验组1提高0.11ng/mL(P〈O.05)、0.12ng/mL(P〈0.05)。综合判断,添加中草药在肥育猪生产性能和免疫力等方面有积极效果,从经济成本考虑,以1.5%最佳添加剂量。 The experiment used single factor experiment design and selected 60 Landraee × York- shire × Durocca strated boars which had the similar genetic basis, age(± 1 day) and weight(69. 1±0.7 kg). The 60 boars were randomly divided into five groups of 12 in each. Each group had three replicates, with four piglets per replicate. The weight between the groups was not significant. The results showed that: (])Performance: the daily feed intake in the experimental group 2, 3, and 4 increased by 70 g(P〈0.05), 100 g(P〈0.0l) and 80 g(P〈0.0l), respectively. The average daily gain in the experimental group 2, 3 and 4 increased by 39.21 g (P〉0.05), 45.73 g(P〉0.05) and 34.94 g(P〉0.05), respectively. The feed conversion ratio in the experimental group 2, 3 and 4 had significantly differences(P〈0.05) compared with that in the control group. (2)Immunity: the IL-2 content in the experimental group 3 and 4 increased by 0.14 ng/mL(P〈0.01) and 0.15 ng/mL(P〈 0.01) and 0. 11 ng/mL(P〈0.05) and 0.12 ng/mL(P〈0.05) compared with that in the control group and the experimental group 1, respectively. From the above, the experiment group 3 and 4 of all respects were excellent than the control group, the experimental group 1 and 2, so from the economy consider, the experimental group 3 is better than the experimental group 4.
