风机安装角度对肉牛血清生长相关激素和免疫指标的影响 被引量:4

Effects of the fan installation angle on serum growth relative hormones and immunityindices in the beef cattle

摘要 为有效缓解南方夏季高温热应激,探讨了风机不同安装角度对肉牛血清生长相关激素和免疫指标的影响。从牛场选择24头年龄、体重相近、性别相同、生长状况良好的锦江黄牛,随机分为3组,其中Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组安装喷雾通风系统,Ⅰ组风机的水平夹角为75°,Ⅱ组风机的水平夹角为70°,Ⅲ组采用传统的吊扇降温。结果表明:与Ⅲ组相比,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组实感温度(THVI)分别下降了3.19℃和3.36℃。第Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组血清胰岛素生长因子(IGF-Ⅰ)的含量有上升的趋势,第Ⅱ组IGF-I的含量呈现下降的趋势;三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)各组之间差异不显著;甲状腺素(T4)的含量在第Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组有上升的趋势,第Ⅲ组呈现下降的趋势;与第1天相比,第Ⅰ组皮质醇(COR)含量在第15天和第30天分别下降了24.95%和52.89%(P〈0.05),第Ⅱ组分别下降了16.24%和64.75%(P〈0.05);第Ⅲ组在第15天和第30天反而分别上升了23.21%和27.38%(P〈0.05)。第Ⅰ和Ⅱ组免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)和免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)有升高的趋势。由此可见:喷雾通风系统可有效地缓解肉牛的热应激,提高肉牛血液中T4含量、降低血液中COR的分泌、提高血液IgA、IgG和IgM的含量,且风机安装的水平夹角70°优于75°。 In order to relieve the heat stress of beef cattle in summer high temperature,the present study was conducted to examine effects of fan installation angle on growth relative hormone and immunity indices of the beef cattle. Twenty- four Jinjiang yellow cattle were randomly divided into 3 groups. GroupsⅠandⅡwere installed spraying ventilation cooling system and the installation angle of fan were 75° and 70°,respectively. Group Ⅲ was installed ceiling fans cool. The results showed that temperature- humidity- velocity index( THVI) of groupsⅠandⅡreduced 3. 19 ℃ and 3. 36 ℃,respectively compared with group Ⅲ. Serum contents of IGF- I in groupsⅠand Ⅲ had trend to rise,while,that in group Ⅱ had a trend of decline. No significant differences among all groups of triiodothyronine( T3) changes were observed.Serum levels of Thyroxine( T4) in groupsⅠ andⅡshowed a trend of general rise,while that in group Ⅲ showed a trend of decline. Compared to the 1stday,serum contents of cortisol( COR) of 15 d and 30 d in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ decreased 24. 95%,52. 89% and 16. 24%,64. 75% along with the experiment period. While,COR contents in group Ⅲ increased 23. 21% and 27. 38%. IgA,IgG and IgM levels in groupsⅠandⅡhad trend to rise. In a word. the heat stress of beef cattle can effectively relieve through the spraying ventilation cooling system,and immune parameters of beef cattle have been raised. In addition,70° for fan angle was better compared with 75° under this condition.
