复吹转炉高效脱磷工艺操作优化研究 预览

摘要 结合复吹转炉冶炼的生产实际,分析了利用石灰石造渣的炼钢操作方法,通过采取铁水一罐入炉和优化复吹转炉工艺等措施,有效提高了复吹转炉的脱磷效率。 The use of limestone slagging steelmaking operation methods is analyzed based on the actual production practice of smelting in combined-blowing converter. The dephosphorization efficiency is effectively improved for Combined-Blowing Converter by adopting measures such as iron one ladle charging system and process optimization and so on.
