Objective To analyze the effect of integrated TCM and western medicine for Coronary heart disease （CHD） and its in-fluence on related inflammatory factors. Methods 92 patients with CHD who were treated in our hospital between December 2010 and December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Western medicine was used for the patients in the control group and integrated TCM and western medicine was adopted for those in the experiment group. The therapeutic effect and related inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Overall treatment effi-ciency of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; before treatment, in terms of IL-6 and TNF-,there was no statistically significant difference between two groups of IL - 6 （interleukin 6） and TNF （tumor necrosis factor） no statistically significant difference between （P〉0.05）; after treatment, in terms of IL-6 and TNF- , the experimental was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of integrated TCM and western medicine for Coronary heart disease is remarkable, and it can obviously improve the state of dyslipidemia and reduce the inflammatory reaction. Therefore it can be wildly used.
