柳叶拟沉香所产沉香的化学成分研究 预览 被引量:5

摘要 采用ODS、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱技术从瑞香科(Thymelaeaceae)拟沉香属(Gyrinops)植物柳叶拟沉香(Gyrinops salicifolia Ridl)根部所产沉香中分离得到8个2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类化合物,运用波谱学方法解析鉴定为:2-(2-苯乙基)色酮(1)、5,8-二羟基-2-(2-苯乙基)色酮(2)、5,8-二羟基-2-[2-(4-甲氧基苯)乙基]色酮(3)、6,8-二羟基-2-(2-苯乙基)色酮(4)、6-羟基-7-甲氧基-2-[2-(4-羟基苯)乙基]色酮(5)、6-甲氧基-7-羟基-2-[2-(3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯)乙基]色酮(6)、6-羟基-7-甲氧基-2-[2-(3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯)乙基]色酮(7)和6-羟基-2-[2-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯)乙基]色酮(8)。以上化合物均为首次从拟沉香属植物所产沉香中分离得到。采用Elman比色法对全部化合物进行活性测试,结果表明化合物2~4、7对乙酰胆碱酯酶具有一定的抑制活性。 Eight 2-(2-phenylethyl) chromones derivatives were isolated from agarwood originating from the root of Gyri- hops salicifolia using ODS, silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies, then structurally identified by spec- tral analysis. The isolated compounds were identified as 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone (1) ,5,8-dihydroxy-2-(2-phenyle- thyl) chromone ( 2 ), 5,8 -dihydroxy-2- [ 2 - ( 4 -methoxyphenyl ) ethyl ] chromone ( 3 ), 6,8-dihydroxy-2 - ( 2 -phenylethyl ) chromone (4), 6-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2- [ 2- (4-hydroxyphenyl) ethyl ] chromone ( S ), 6-methoxy-7-hydroxy-2- [ 2- ( 3-hy- droxy-4-methoxyphenyl) ethyl ] chromone ( 6 ), 6-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2-[ 2-( 3- hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl ) ethyl ] chromone (7) and 6 -hydroxy-2- [ 2 - (3 -methoxy-4 -hydroxyphenyl) ethyl ] chromone (8). All the compounds were isolated from agarwood originating from G. salicifolia for the first time. All the isolated compounds were tested for acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity using Ellman colorimetric method. The results indicated that compounds 2-4 and 7 exhibited in- hibitory activity against acetylcholinesterase.
