摘要 CXC趋化因子受体(CXCR)4作为一种趋化因子受体与其配体基质细胞衍生因子1(SDF-1)在人体多种组织与细胞中均有广泛表达,且两者结合能促进未成熟的中性粒细胞滞留于骨髓中,同时还能够诱导多种炎性细胞募集至炎症部位。SDF-1/CXCR4轴参与多种炎症过程和疾病,包括WHIM(疣和感染及低丙种球蛋白血症伴先天性骨髓粒细胞缺乏)综合征、自身免疫性疾病、肺纤维化以及缺血损伤等,因此阻断CXCR4似乎成为了炎性疾病的一种新的治疗策略。 As a chemokine receptor, CXC chemokine receptor type 4 (CXCR4) and stromal cell derived factor 1 ( SDF-1 ) are widely expressed in many tissues and cells of human body. Many studies have shown that binding of SDF-1 to CXCR4 retains immature neutrophils in the bone marrow and also participates in leukocyte recruitment into inflamed tissue. The SDF-1/CXCR4 axis is also involved in several inflammatory processes and diseases including WHIM (warts, infections, hypogammaglobulinemia and myelokathexis ) syndrome, autoimmune disorders, pulmonary fibrosis, and ischemic injury. Based on these findings, blocking CXCR4 seems to be a therapeutic strategy for inflammatory diseases.
