Objective To study the effect of compound Danshen dripping pills on hemorheology in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI, and to evaluate the value of PCI. Methods 84 patients with coronary heart disease treated with PCI in the hospital were treated as the research object, and 42 patients were treated with the conventional treatment. The patients were treated with oral compound Danshen dripping pills before and after hospital discharge and 3 months after discharge. Results The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills can improve the hemodynamics, but can not effectively prevent postoperative complications, and continuous use can reduce the risk of long-term complications.
