大学生的专业认同及其与成就动机、学习满意度关系 被引量:20

College Students' Professional Identity and Its Relationship with Achievement Motivation and Learning Satisfaction

摘要 目的:了解大学生专业认同现状及其与成就动机、学习满意度的关系,为高校心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用整群分层抽样,使用大学生专业认同问卷,学习满意度问卷和成就动机量表对4个年级的249名大学生进行调查。结果:大学生的专业认同总体处于中等水平(3.44±0.61),性别(t=-2.770,P〈0.01)、学科(t=2.770,P〈0.01)、相对成绩(F=5.997,P〈0.01)、学习条件(F=11.054,P〈0.001)等对大学生的专业认同均有影响,大学生专业认同与成就动机呈正相关(r=0.149,P〈0.05),与学习满意度也存在显著相关(r=0.671,P〈0.001),成就动机和学习满意度对大学生专业认同具有正向显著性预测。结论:大学生的专业认同与成就动机、学习满意度关系密切。 Objective:To explore the relationship of professional identity,achievement motivation and learning satisfaction among college students.Methods:A total of 249 college students in all grades were selected to be investigated with the college students' professional identity questionnaire,learning satisfaction questionnaire and achievement motivation scale by stratified cluster sampling.Results:College students' professional identity was on medium level in general(3.44±0.61).Prevalence of college students' professional identity differed among gender(t=-2.770,P〈0.01),subject(t=2.770,P〈0.01),relative performance(F=5.997,P〈0.01),learning conditions(F=11.054,P〈0.001).There was poisitive correlation between college students' professional identity and achievement motivation(r=0.149,P〈0.05),the correlation between professional identity and learning satisfaction was significant(r=0.671,P〈0.001).Conclusion:The relation of college students' professional identity,achievement motivation and learning satisfaction is significant.
