Objective： To compare dominant and hidden blood loss in the treatment of femoral intertroehanteric fractures with DHS and PFNA two kinds of internal fixation operation mode.Method： From October 2011 to October 2014 in our hospital 58 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated, 28 cases were treated with DHS internal fixation, 30 cases were treated with PFNA internal fixation.Result： Add red blood cell 4 U was prepared in operation for two groups, the dominant blood loss in DHS group was （ 273 ± 137 ） ml, the dominant blood loss after operation was drainaged （ 136 ± 38 ） ml, the hidden blood loss after operation was （ 239 ± 83 ） ml, the total blood loss was （ 793±68 ） ml, the dominant blood loss in PFNA group was （ 116± 34 ） ml, the hidden blood loss after operation was （ 628 ±96 ） ml, the total blood loss was （ 776 ± 73 ） ml.The dominant blood loss in DHS group was significantly higher than that in PFNA group, the hidden blood loss in PFNA group was significantly higher than that in DHS group, there were significant differences （ P〈0.01 ） .But the total blood loss of two groups was not obvious difference （ P〉0.05 ） .Conclusion： The dominant and hidden blood loss are compared to DHS and PFNA two kinds of operation mode, the postoperative patients with femoral intertroehanterie fracture need to closely observe the patient＇s blood loss and pay special attention to observation and prevention of the hidden blood loss after PFNA.
