乙酰正丙醇工艺中Pd/C催化剂的失活及再生 预览

Deactivation and Regeneration of Pd/C Catalyst Applied to the Synthesis of 3-Acetyl-1-propanol

摘要 2-甲基呋喃制备乙酰正丙醇工艺中,Pd/C催化剂的失活常常影响产品品质并增加生产成本。对Pd/C催化剂的失活和再生进行了研究,实验和催化剂表征结果表明:乙酰正丙醇工艺中Pd/C催化剂的失活主要是由于反应中生成的多聚物覆盖了催化剂表面活性中心;失活催化剂经过THF高温清洗可以恢复大部分活性。 Pd/C catalyst is applied to the synthesis of 3-acetyl-1-propanol. However, the deactivation of Pd/C catalyst not only affects the quality of 3-acetyl-a-propanol, but also increases the cost. In this paper, the deactivation and regeneration of Pd/C catalyst are studied. The results show that the deactivation can be mostly contributed to the coke deposition. The polymeric materials(coke) which are produced under the reaction conditions cover the active site of the catalyst. In order to remove the polymeric materials and regenerate the catalysts, the deactivated catalysts are washed with THF under high temperature, and most of the activities of the catalysts can be recovered.
