磁控溅射法薄木镀膜金属工艺参数的遴选 预览 被引量:1

摘要 为获得高品质抗电磁辐射木材,采用正交试验设计L27(3^13),真空磁控溅射镀膜,试验分析了封闭剂、真空度、镀膜温度、镀膜时间及交互作用等因素对镀膜质量的影响。结果表明:桐木单板应用MF3封闭剂(固体质量分数为50%的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂及内含溶液质量分数1%KH-560硅烷偶联剂,添加5%(按质量计)的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯组成)、真空室的真空度10^-2-10^-4MPa、靶材温度200℃、溅射时间100 s条件下,工艺效果最为理想。经电磁屏蔽效能检测,镀膜厚度达到30μm以上时,在30 MHz~1.5 GHZ频段之间,电磁屏蔽效能达到30~60 d B中等屏蔽效能等级,镀膜单板屏蔽效能随着电磁波频率的提高呈缓慢下降之势。镀膜木材在高温、高湿条件下老化强度有微弱下降,但对镀膜与薄木的结合无影响。镀膜后的薄木可用于高端电磁屏蔽、导静电装饰性木材产品的开发。 By the orthogonal test design L27(3^13) and vacuum sputtering technology,we considered the fact of influence from sealing agent,vacuum degree,sputtering temperature and time to achieve high grade anti-electromagnetic radiation wood.It was the ideal process effect that Paulownia wood slice was under the circumstances of being sealed with 50% resin MF with 1% KH-560 silane coupling agent and 5% PU of IPDI,the sputtering process being with vacuum degree 10^-2-10^-4MPa,sputtering time for 100 s,and the temperature of target metal of 200 ℃. Through detection of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness,being over 30-μm thickness of metallic membrane,electromagnetic shielding was achieved over 30 dB between 30 MHz and 1.5 GHz of microwave,reaching the middle level standard demands. The electromagnetic shielding curve of slice was decreased slightly accompanied mildly erratically fluctuating with the frequency of electromagnetic wave increasing. The slice wood sputtered with atoms could keep good condition after being aged treatment with good appearance for its bonding strength,resistance to tension,abrasive resistance. The slice sputtered metal thin film can be used to develop wood materials with high quality electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and static conductivity.
