摘要 针对采用电导率法的海水盐度淡化装置中电导率随温度变化的问题,提出了一种三次样条插值的方法进行盐度传感器温度补偿。设计了以STC12C5A60S2单片机为主控芯片,集成人机交互、状态显示、报警并驱动继电器动作等功能的盐度监测控制装置,着重研究了二元函数定元的一元函数三次样条插值的温度补偿算法。通过实验标定的温度传感器对盐度范围为0~20 ppm,温度范围为0~60℃的常见海洋温度,利用三次样条插值方法进行数据标定。将盐度监测控制装置和CON200水质分析仪器进行对比测量实验,实验结果表明该装置的精度满足要求。 Aiming at this problem of electrical conductivity changes with temperature in seawater salinity desalination plant with method of electrical conductivity, a method of cubic spline interpolation to salinity sensor temperature compensation was put forward. Salinity monitoring and control device was designed to take STC12CSA60S2 as main control chip, integrating the man- machine interaction, status display, alarm and drive the relay action and other functions. This paper studied temperature compen- sation algorithm of the single functions cubic spline interpolation replacing the dual functions spline interpolation. Calibration of the temperature sensor through the experiment , salinity range is 0 ~ 20 ppm, and the temperature range is 0 - 60 ℃. The cubic spline interpolation method was used for data calibration. Designing measuring experiment compared with CON200 water quality analysis instrument of the CLEAN companies in the United States, the experimental results show that the device of precision meets the re- quirements.
