矿用吊装机变幅机构三铰点位置优化设计

Optimal Design of Three Hinge Point Position on Mine Crane Luffing Mechanism

摘要 对矿用吊装机变幅机构三铰点位置进行受力分析和研究,在动力软件中创建变幅机构模型,对其三铰点位置进行优化,计算出优化后各铰点的位置坐标,并得到铰点位置优化前后对应危险工况液压力变化曲线图,得出优化后的变幅机构对应最危险工况的液压力较之前未优化的变幅机构所对应最危险工况的液压力下降了6.56%。 The analysis and research three hinge point position on a mine crane luffing mechanism are made. The luffing mechanism model is created in the dynamic software, which use to optimize the three hinge points of the luffing mechanism, calculate the position coordinates of the three hinge points after the optimization, and get the hydraulic pressure change curves of the most dangerous working conditions before and after the optimization. Finally, it is concluded that the hydraulic pressure of the most dangerous working conditions on the optimized luffing mechanism compared to the hydraulic pressure of the most dangerous working conditions on the non-optimized luffing mechanism fell 6.56%.
