Objective： To analyze the influence of personalized nursing mode on post-surgery recovery in thoracic surgery patients,providing reference for treating and nursing thoracic surgery patients. Methods： 100 cases of thoracic surgery patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine nursing while the observation group was treated by personalized nursing. Results： After treatment,SF-36 Scale Measurements including physiological function,physical function,bodily pain,general health,energy,social function,emotional function,and mental health in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the length of stay after operation in the control group was（ 23. 1 ± 3. 5） d,which was significantly longer than that（ 17. 3 ± 4. 7） d in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）; the postoperative complication rate in the control group was higher than that in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Thoracic surgery patients have complicated conditions and their postoperative nursing needs are different,so personalized nursing for thoracic surgery patients is a more humanized nursing program,which is of high clinical value.
