摘要 动脉粥样硬化是一种慢性炎症反应导致胆固醇在动脉内壁沉积形成的疾病,然而对胆固醇如何在巨噬细胞积累并产生炎症反应的作用机制还不明确。巨噬细胞胆固醇流出在动脉粥样硬化的病程中存在,该过程主要由ATP结合盒转运体(ATP-binding cassette transporters,ABC transporters,ABC转运体)ABCA1和ABCG1参与,
