车身侧围空腔阻隔结构对低频结构噪声影响的仿真分析 预览 被引量:1

Simulation Analysis on the Effect of Cavity Filler Block in Car Body Sidewall on Low-Frequency Structure-Borne Noise

摘要 为明确阻隔结构对车内低频结构噪声的影响,基于有限元方法建立了阻隔结构模型、整车模型、车内空腔模型及声固耦合模型,通过系统固有特性、激励点到响应点的频响函数、板件贡献量和降噪量的计算,分析了阻隔结构对低频结构噪声的影响机理和降噪性能。结果表明,阻隔结构可以改善车身阻尼特性,抑制板件共振,降低结构噪声。 In order to determine the effect of cavity filler block on interior low-frequency structure-borne noise, the cavity filler block model, vehicle model, passenger compartment model and acoustic-structure coupled model were built based on FEA method, which are used to analyze the mechanism and noise reduction performance of cavity filler block on low-frequency structure-borne noise by natural characteristics of the system and FRF from excitations to response points and panel contribution analysis and noise reduction. Results showed that the cavity fillers can improve the damping characteristics of car body, suppress the resonant vibration and reduce the structure-borne noise.
