Objective To study and observe the clinical effects of ultrasonic monitoring guided hysteroscopy in treatment of uterine submucosal myoma. Methods Sixty-one patients with uterine submucosal myoma from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as study group. The study group were given the ultrasonic monitoring guided by hysteroscopy treatment while 60 patients with the same disease were selected in the same period as control group and they were given the hysteroscopy treatment,and did not use the ultrasonic monitoring. Then,the clinical observation index of the two groups was compared. Results The study group had less bleeding,shorter operation time,shorter hospitalization time,higher success rate,lower complication rate,and higher normal rate of menstruation recovery,which were better than those in the control group,and the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound guidance in treatment of uterine submu-cosal myoma are significant,which it is worthy of recognition.
