利用微卫星标记评估富钟水牛群体遗传多样性和保种效果

The Evaluation about Population Genetic Structure and Conservation Effect in Fuzhong Buffalo by Using Microsatellite Marker

摘要 利用微卫星分子标记对富钟水牛群体遗传结构和保种效果进行评估,旨在掌握保种区富钟水牛目前的保种现状,为下一步制定有效的保种措施提供参考依据。结果表明:15个微卫星座位中,共检测到86个等位基因,平均等位基因NA为5.7333;平均有效等位基因NE为2.9029;期望杂合度、观察杂合度、多态信息含量PIC分别为0.5964、0.4872、0.5519;1个座位为低度多态,3个座位为中度多态,9个座位为高度多态,这些位点可用于遗传多样性分析。 By using micro satellite markers to analyze the population of Fuzhong buffalo genetic structure and effect of preserving breeds, its aim is to grasp the present conservation's condition of Fuzhong buffalo and provide the reference frame for the further breed conservations measures. The result showed that among the 15 micro satellite loci a total of 86 alleles, the mean number of 5.733 alleles per loci and the mean effective number of 2.907 9 alleles (NE) were indentified; besides those, the expected heterogeneity, observed heterogeneity and polymorphous information content (PIC) were respectively 0.596 4, 0.487 2, ous; 3 loci are middle polymorphous and 9 loci are high diversity analyses. 0.551 9. It turned out that 1 loci is minuet polymorphpolymeorphous, those loci can be used for genetic diversity analyses.
