一种复合型光稳定剂的合成及其在PVC材料中的应用 被引量:1

Synthesis of A Composite Light Stabilizer and Its Application in PVC Materials

摘要 以马来酸酐,2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(UV-0),2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇(TMP)为原料,合成了中间体2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-2-羟基-二苯甲酮富马酸双酯(TMP-MF-UV-0)。在N_2保护下,以TMP-MF-UV-0,苯乙烯为原料,甲苯为溶剂,过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,通过溶液共聚法合成了一种复合型高分子光稳定剂哌啶醇-2-羟基-二苯甲酮富马酸双酯-苯乙烯共聚物P(TMP-MF-UV-0-co-St)。采用红外光谱(IR),紫外光谱(UV)对P(TMPMF-UV-0-co-St)进行了结构表征。将产物应用到聚氯乙烯(PVC)中,采用模压成型制成PVC片材,然后对其进行人工紫外加速老化试验。测试了添加该高分子光稳定剂的PVC片材老化前后的羧基指数与乙烯基指数,通过外观形貌观察研究了该光稳定剂的稳定化效果,并与UV-0和UV-531在PVC中的应用情况进行了对比,结果表明,P(TMP-MF-UV-0-co-St)具有优于低分子紫外光吸收剂UV-0与UV-531的综合效果。 2,2,6,6-four methyl piperidine alcohol-2-hydroxy benzophenone fumaric acid two ester(TMP-MF-UV-0)were synthesized by using maleic anhydride,2,4-dihydroxy benzophenone(UV-O) and 2,2,6,6-four methyl piperidine.Then under N_2 protection,a composite polymer light stabilizer P(TMP-MF-UV-0-coSt) was successfully synthesized by TMP-MF-UV-0 and styrene,styrene as the main raw materials,toluene as the solvent,dibenzoyi peroxide as an initiator,with solution copolymerization.The structure of copolymers was confirmed by IR and UV.The P(TMP-MF-UV-0-co-St) was applied to PVC,the plastic films was made by compression molding,and then the artificial accelerated UV aging test was carried out,The UV aging properties of PVC sheet were studied by the morphology of PVC sheet surface,carbonyl index,vinyl index,loss of weight before and after aging,and the application of UV-0 and UV-531 in PVC were compared.The results show that PVC sheet added with the P(TMP-MF-UV-0-co-St)has better comprehensive UV aging resistance performances than that with UV-0 and UV-531.
