流动海水中铜镍合金管材的冲刷腐蚀行为 预览 被引量:2

Erosion Corrosion Behavior of Copper-nickel Alloy Pipe in Flowing Seawater

摘要 在自制的模拟人工海水管材冲刷腐蚀试验机上进行冲刷腐蚀试验,研究了B10铜镍合金管材在流动人工海水中的冲刷腐蚀行为。研究结果表明:当冲刷时间相同时,B10铜镍合金管材腐蚀速率随着水流速度的增加而变大,当模拟海水的流速达到3.0 m/s后,腐蚀速率迅速增大且合金表面破坏严重,有蚀坑出现。流速不同时钝化膜形成时间不同,当模拟海水的流速为1.5 m/s时,B10铜镍合金管材初期的腐蚀速率高于后期,冲刷96 h后开始形成钝化膜;当模拟海水的流速为3.0 m/s时,腐蚀速率达到最大,并且B10铜镍合金管材在冲刷192 h后才开始形成钝化膜,但是钝化膜很不稳定,容易被破坏。 The erosion corrosion behavior of B10 copper-nickel alloy pipe in flowing artificial seawater was studied on the self-made simulated seawater erosion corrosion testing machine. The results show that the corrosion rate of B10 copper-nickel alloy pipe increases with the increasing of velocity of water flow at the same erosion time. When the water flow rate reaches 3. 0 m / s,the corrosion rate increases rapidly,the surface of the alloy seriously damages and the pits appear. The formation time of passivation film is different when the flow velocity is different. The initial corrosion rate of B10 copper-nickel alloy pipe is higher than that in the later stage when the flow rate of simulated sea water is 1. 5 m / s. After 96 h,the passivation film is formed. When the flow rate is 3. 0 m / s,the corrosion rate reached the maximum. The B10 copper-nickel alloy pipe starts to form passive film after 192 h,but the passivation film is very unstable and easily damaged.
