摘要 目的:探讨反思日志结合情景教学法在健康评估实践教学中的应用效果.方法:将120名护理本科生随机分为实验组和对照组各60名,对照组采取传统实践教学,实验组在传统实践教学基础上采用情景教学结合反思日志的方法,比较两组评判性思维能力、满意度及技能水平.结果:两组评判性思维能力中的分析能力、系统化能力、求知欲、认知成熟度4个维度及总分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组技能考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:新教学方案提高了学生的技能考试成绩,培养了学生的评判性思维能力,为毕业生素质的整体提升和临床护理工作质量的提高奠定了坚实基础. Objective:To explore the application effect of reflective journal and situational teaching method in health assessment practice teaching.Methods:A total of 120 nursing undergraduates were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group ,each with 60 undergraduates .The control group was given traditional practice teaching ,while on the basis of the traditional practice teaching ,the experimental group adopted the method of situational teaching and reflective journal .Two groups′critical thinking ability ,satisfaction and skill levels were compared .Results:The scores of four dimensions of critical thinking ability in the analysis ability ,the systematical ability , the desire for knowledge,cognitive maturity and total scores were statistically significant between two groups (P〈0.05).The skill assess-ment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The new teaching program has improved the students′skill test scores ,cultivated the students′critical thinking ability ,and laid a solid foundation for the im-provement of the quality of graduates and the improvement of the quality of clinical nursing work.
