行星减速装置接触疲劳寿命的有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 以一款挖掘机用RV行星减速装置为研究对象,采用接触应力理论分析了摆线轮与针齿齿面接触的疲劳强度,结论显示疲劳损伤易出现在摆线轮的齿根处。利用有限元方法对摆线轮与针齿间的应力应变进行了定量分析,结果与理论分析一致,最大应力为736.65 MPa,小于材料的最小许用接触应力,最大应变发生在摆线轮支撑曲轴的轴承孔处。对摆线轮和针齿的材料GCr15的接触疲劳S-N曲线分析可知,两者在啮合工作过程中没有接触疲劳破坏。 Taking a RV cycloid planetary reducer used in the excavator as study object. The contact stress theory is adapted to analyze the fatigue strength between the flank of cycloids and pins. The analysis result indi- cates that the fatigue damage is easy to appear in the root of the cycloid gear. The finite element method is used to quantitative strain and stress analysis between cycloids and pins. The result is consistent to theoretical analy- sis. The maximum stress is 735. 65 MPa, which is less than the material minimum allowable contact stress. The maximum strain appears at the bearing hole of support crankshaft of the cycloid. Consider that the cycloids and pins are made of GCr15. The analysis of contact fatigue S - N curve of the material GCr15 indicates that there is no contact fatigue failure in the meshing process of the cycloid - pin reducer mechanism.
