房地产电商去库存的SWOT分析 预览

摘要 去库存作为供给侧结构性改革的重要内容,不单单要依靠政策更主要的是依靠市场.运用SWOT法分析交易平台型、互联网平台型与中介自营型三种代表现行房地产主流电商的模式,发现房地产电商去库存具有庞大的潜在购买力.因此对于房地产企业来说,如果能成熟利用电商平台,区别中东西部、一二三线等不同城市,因地制宜制定长期稳健的发展规划,极有可能将达到互利共赢模式,更有助于完善我国房地产市场结构. As an important part of supply side structural reform,de-stocking relies not only on policy but also on market. Using the SWOT analysis,we find that E-commerce of real estate has a huge potential purchasing power,which is based on the trading platform,internet platform and intermediary self-owned type. Therefore,for real estate enterprises,if they can make full use of electricity providers platform,judge the difference among the Middle,East and West cities,according to local conditions to make a long-term stable development plan,they are most likely to achieve mutual benefit and win-win model. What's more,it is beneficial to improve China's real estate market structure.
