复合型植物源防紫外整理剂的开发 预览

Development of compound natural plants' UV protective finishing agent

摘要 对多种植物采用正交法在微波辅助下提取防紫外整理剂,并对提取液进行紫外吸收光谱特性分析。根据均匀配方设计表安排复配,得到具有广谱防紫外线性能的防紫外整理剂。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:在微波(输出功率300 W)辅助条件下,60%的乙醇溶液提取2 h,固液比1∶20。根据配方设计表安排复配试验,得出最佳复配方案为V(黄柏提取液)∶V(黄连提取液)=1∶9。 The orthogonal test was used to extract the UV protective finishing agent for many kinds of plants. The extract was characterized by UV absorption spectrum. According to the design of the uniform formula, the UV protective finishing agent with broad spectrum UV resistance were obtained. The test results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 60% ethanol extract for 2 h with the aid of microwave (the output power was 300 W), solid-liquid ratio was 1:20. According to the formula design table to arrange the mixture experiment, the optimal compound formulation was concluded that the volume ratio of golden cypress extraction to coptis chinensis extraction was 1:9.
