摘要 为保证相同管径管道连接时密封性高、焊接牢固,常需要对管道接口处进行扩管处理.为此,设计了一套扩管生产线,该生产线采用PLC作为控制核心;以液压作为扩管动能,配合电磁阀实现5种状态的运行,保证加工速度及扩管质量;以气动装置构成机械手,实现X、F、Z3个轴向的运动及工件的取放.实践表明,该生产线具有加工速度快、稳定性高、准确率高、扩管破裂率低等特点,具有一定的推广价值. In order to ensure the same diameter pipe connection with high sealing and firm welding, it is often necessary to carry out the pipe expanding process. Therefore, a set of expansion pipe production line was designed, which adopted programmable logical controller (PLC) as the control core. With hydraulic equipment as expanding kinetic energy for expansion pipe, equipped with the so-lenoid valve, five states run were realized to ensure the quality of processing speed and expansion pipe. The pneumatic device was used to constitute a manipulator to realize the X、F、Z three axial movements and take put artifacts. Practice shows that this production l ine has characteristics of high processing speed, high stability, high accuracy and low expansion rate of pipe, and etc., which has certain promotion value.
