【目的】应用棘托竹荪引进品种,探究箱式设施栽培模式以及用蚯蚓粪作为覆土材料对棘托竹荪的栽培性状和营养品质的影响。【方法】利用雅安当地的竹资源作为栽培原料,进行箱式设施化栽培棘托竹荪。【结果】30 cm×30 cm×100 cm规格栽培箱搭配蚯蚓粪覆土的栽培模式,对竹荪的产量和生物转化率有所提高,分别达到了184.46 kg/667 m2和23.70%;对栽培性状（单菇重,单菇长）也有所改善,同时缩短了营养生长期,延长了采摘周期;而对含水量影响不显著;其次,栽培箱对竹荪的营养物质有一定的影响,覆土材料对营养物质影响不显著。【结论】综合比较,以30 cm×30 cm×100 cm规格栽培箱的设施栽培搭配蚯蚓粪作为覆土材料的栽培模式产出的竹荪产量和栽培性状最好,综合指标较优。结果显示,合理的箱式栽培方式配合蚯蚓粪覆土栽培竹荪,可形成一种良好的栽培模式。
【Objective】The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of box-type cultivation mode and earthworm excrement on the cultural characters and nutritional quality of Dictyophora echinovolvata.【Method】The local bamboo resource of Ya'an was used as cultivation material to carry out box-type cultivation of Dictyophora echinovolvata.【Results】The results showed that the cultivation mode of 30 cm×30 cm×100 cm cultivation box with earthworm excrement increased the yield and biotransformation rate of Dictyophora to 184.46 kg/667 m2 and 23.70%. The growth period of single-mushroom and the length of single mushroom were also improved,the period of vegetative growth was shortened and the period of picking was prolonged,but for the effect of moisture content there was no significant difference. Secondly,the cultivation box had some influence on the nutrient of Dictyophora,Nutrient effects were not significant.【Conclusion】The results showed that the yield and cultivation characters of Dictyophora echinovolvata were the best and the comprehensive index was the best under the cultivation mode of 30 cm ×30 cm×100 cm cultivation box. Therefore,it indicated that cultivating with the legitimate box-type mode and the vermicompost as the covering material can form a profitable cultivation pattern.
