基于ARM9的变风量空调末端控制器设计与实现

摘要 对于当前商场、火车站等大型空间的VAV中央空调末端装置普遍采用有线、单点的采集方式,不能准确表征整体空间环境特征,并且末端控制器控制效果较差的问题。基于ARM9和无线传感器网络,采用模糊PID控制策略,设计并实现了一个可无线、多点采集温湿度的中央空调末端智能控制器。其借助TinyOS操作系统组建无线传感器采集网络,实时对空调房间内多点温湿度进行无线采集,并采用模糊推理方法,在线校正PID参数,解决了大空间结构的温度难以准确测量及所具有非线性、不确定性和时变性的控制问题。实验结果表明,该末端控制器数据采集准确,对控制系统多种复杂特性均具有良好的控制效果。 Based on ARM9, wireless sensor networks and fuzzy PID control strategy, we design a wireless terminal controller of VAV central air-conditioning in this paper, for the current cable and single-point collecting way of the terminal controller cannot represent the overall environmental characteristics in malls, railway stations and other large places. In addition, the traditional terminal controller has poor control effects. The terminal controller we designed could collect multi-point environmental data and intelligently adjust the temperature. It establishes wireless sensor networks to collect multi-point environmental temperature and humidity in real time by means of TinyOS operating system. And it calibrates PID parameters online by fuzzy reasoning to solve the problem that accurate temperature measurement is difficult in large space, and solve control problems of the nonlinear, time-varying uncertainties. The experiment results show that the terminal controller is able to collect data accurately, and has good control effects on the multiple complex natures of the control system.
