摘要 采用苯甲醇作为低温染色载体,对涤纶进行分散荧光染料低温染色和抗紫外线一浴加工。讨论了苯甲醇、染料、紫外线吸收剂和分散剂用量,以及染色温度、时间等对涤纶织物染色K/S值和抗紫外线性能的影响。结果表明:苯甲醇可用于涤纶荧光染料染色和抗紫外线一浴低温加工。优化的一浴法工艺为:染料1%(omf),苯甲醇20m肌(分散荧光黄10GN)或50mL/L(分散荧光红R—G),紫外线吸收剂HLF5%(omf),100℃保温60min。染色织物可获得优良的耐洗和耐摩擦色牢度,经30次洗涤后,织物依然具有优良的紫外线防护性能。 One bath low temperature disperse fluorescent dyeing and anti-UV finishing of polyester fabric is carried out using benzyl alcohol as carrier. The effects of the dosages of benzyl alcohol, dyes, UV absorber and dispersant, as well as dyeing temperature and time on the K/S value and ultraviolet resistance of polyester fabric are studied. The results show that benzyl alcohol can be used for low temperature disperse fluorescent dyeing and anti-UV finishing of polyester fabrics in one bath. The optimal process is: 1%(omf) of disperse dye, benzyl alcohol 20 mL/L (Disperse Fluorescent Yellow 10GN) or .SO mL/L (Disperse Fluorescent Red R-G), 5% of UV absorber HLF, treating at 100 ℃ for 60 min. The dyed fabric has excellent color fastness to washing and rubbing, as well as durable UV protective properties even after 30 washings.
